Vicaso photographer team with cameras, Seattle waterfront view
Vicaso

Our mission is to help homes sell faster with fast, high quality real estate content.

A 20 year passion for speed.

Vicaso began after the Sydney Olympics with Seattle's Tamara Jenkins (kayak) and Sky Christopherson (cycling) to bring their love for speed to real estate photography. After months of late-night sessions with our developer Dan, we put Vicaso.com live — the first next-AM turnaround real estate photography service, not knowing if it would take off.

Tamara's sister Jenny joined us shooting homes. In those early days before high-speed internet, we would cast a fishing line out the window of our office so photographers could clip memory cards on, and we'd reel them up to begin automated overnight HDR processing, an industry first. Top Seattle agents like Wendy Lister loved our next-AM turnaround. Within a year, Vicaso reached $1.2 million in revenue, supporting hundreds of top brokerages including a national partnership with Redfin.

Today, after 50,000+ shoots, 2,000+ active clients, and a 99.9% client satisfaction rate, Vicaso has evolved into an enterprise-level platform powered by AI editing and 90-minute turnaround. While the technology has advanced — from fishing lines to satellites — our focus is the same: to deliver consistently high-quality images, on time, every time.

We're deeply grateful to the thousands of Seattle agents who use us daily and help Vicaso innovate and stay on top.

See you at the next shoot!
